SOCOMORE SkyScraper are available in two different materials and four widths: 3 mm, 14 mm, 25 mm and 37 mm (0.12”-1.45”).
The SkyGrip is an interchangeable comfortable rubber grip that fits the SkyScraper range.
A SkyGrip should always be used with a SkyScraper to avoid personal injury and prevent carpal tunnel syndrome.

POM & ULTEM® scrapers remove cured adhesives and sealants without marking or damaging painted or composites surfaces.
311 series in POM (Polyoxymethylene): a softer, more flexible material that allows the scraper to be used at a more acute angle.
310 series in ULTEM® (Polyetherimide): a tougher material that retains a sharp cutting edge for longer before needing to be resharpened. Sealant removal operation using an effective scraper.
To remove sealant from the panel junction of the fuselage, use a 3 mm (0.12”) scraper.

Scrapers become blunt and ineffective with use. Traditional single-use scrapers then need to be disposed of.
Sharpening devices extend the life of resharpenable scrapers, reducing waste and ensuring continuous productivity.

Once fully charged, turn on the device by pressing the start this button: the green LED indicates the SkyMill Revolution is ready to use.
To resharpen a fluted SkyScraper, insert the scraper into the slot.
Apply light pressure until sharp.
Remove any residual dust from the SkyScraper using a water-based pre-saturated wipe before re-use.

Dust collector to avoid FOD risks At the end of the shift, for optimum performance, the devices should be cleaned.
To minimize dust exposure, use a vacuum hose as shown.
The fluted POM and ULTEM® SkyScraper series have a special design that ensures they are correctly positioned in the sharpening device.
