SOCOMORE helps you to be REACH compliant with its Chromium VI free conversion solution: SOCOSURF TCS/PACS.
SOCOSURF TCS and SOCOSURF PACS are an alternative process to Chromium VI for conversion treatments and for sealing after anodizing. On aluminium alloys, the protection is comparable to the hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) one.
Two different ways of using it:
- In bath: conversion and sealing after anodizing on aluminium to obtain corrosion resistance, or to promote paint adhesion.
- Locally with local touch-ups on aluminium alloys with a colored touch-up pen.
