SOCOBLADE LEP 220H Overview
SOCOBLADE LEP 220H is an advanced leading-edge protection coating specifically developed for wind turbine blades operating in higher humidity environments. This innovative two-component, rollable coating is ideally suited for application both as a preventive solution on new blades and as a restoration solution on damaged blades. The leading edge protection can be applied in 2 coats or 3 coats.
It is specially formulated to offer superior protection in humid conditions ranging from 35% to 99% relative humidity, safeguarding against erosion from rain, sand, and hail. It features a light gray RAL 7035 topcoat.

ANTI-EROSION COATING SOCOBLADE LEP 220H is available in two format kit:
- A 2-layer kit containing 1 basecoat + 1 topcoat (~ 170 μm):.
- A 3-layer kit containing 1 basecoat + 2 topcoats ( ~ 250 μm): providing superior performance erosion protection.
